Leslie grew up in Linn, Missouri and graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2007. She began her career with a non-profit organization in Human Resources and went on to become the Foundation Director where she was able to fulfill her passion of helping others by positively impacting their lives.
Leslie’s skillset was a great match for a career in insurance, so she joined her husband and the Fortress Team as the Commercial Lines Manager in January 2017. This was a natural fit as she grew up in the business with her father and grandfather both being agents for a combined 50+ years. She enjoys working with the customers and increasing her knowledge about the industry. Leslie and Parker reside in Clinton with their two children, Emersyn and Lofton.
